Not sure what this makes, but from memory it was awesome
Finely chop:
- shallots
- mushroom
- tomato
500G turkey mince - cooked in lemon olive oil
bush bbq spice
tobasco sause
Red wine - 'chevalier de bayard'
Cream
olives (spanish)
berrol( beriroth/ benroll/ berrolh/ sp?) sundried t. + sweet basil sause (1/2) (squiggle ???)
Good Pizza Dough
- From Jan Garner
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- pinch sugar
- 2 thirds cup warm water
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 table spoon olive oil
Place the yeast sugar and water in abowl. Set aside until bubles form. Add flour salt and oil. Mix to form a smooth dough and knead for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in a clean, oiled bowl, cover and allow to stand in a warm place for 20 minutes or until doubled in size.
